    Hello , Whenever I Try To Insert One Of The BCC Plugins Into My Video Such As : Type On Text / Extruded Text / Extruded Spline I Get The Following Error :
    Critical Error The Hardware Model Is Not Supported

    I Heard That This Error Happens Because My Driver Needs An Update
    But I Already Got The Latest One So I Don’t Know How To Resolve This ..
    Is There Anyway To Fix It ?

    P.S : My Graphics Card Is AMD R7 360 Niterous

    Hard to say without getting more info about your system, card, driver, host versions, etc. Two options, call 1888 77 BORIS on Monday or file a support form:
