What powers this CreativeCOW message board?
I’m developing a private social networking site based on the Webcrossing Neighbors platform, if anybody can compare and contrast.
This BBS seems ideal, exactly as configured at CreativeCOW. I’d like to know more!

It’s a custom built mechanism. It’s run in many different ways over the years but today its backbone is mainly with perl, php and mysql.
