What are the programs that are compatible with media 100 for creative menu creation?

Are you talking about DVD menus?
Chapter Marks and Compression Marks can be set in the Media 100 timeline. Those marks can be included as metadata in exports. The marks can then be used by DVD Studio Pro or iDVD to automatically create menus.
