Creative Cloud is pretty cool, but…
Is it just me or is the updating/upgrading process an enormous pain in the aR$3 for others? Sometimes the app manager tries to update, then just errors out, other times it doesnt show the app I need. For example Lightroom5). My system meets the system req’ments, but lightroom 5 just doesnt show up.
I wish the installing, updating of apps would just work… Now I am on hold for an estimated 1+hours, and in the chat queue waiting…. I have better things to do…

Ok, I guess it is just something I must be doing wrong. Can someone please share best practices for upgrading/updating successfully without creative cloud app manager erroring out?

You can always get the updates directly from the website too.
