I’ve noticed that alot of tutorials that show up on the cow also show up on TV ad’s here in Australia about 1 month later. Thats a pretty big compliment in itself.
Sometimes I would like to see more tutorials about priciples in After Effects that would help speed up production time rather than ‘this is how to do this effect’ tutorials.
That said, I still love the ones you do and always check them out and learn alot.

    Josh.

I would like to see a tutorial on how one sets up timing in animations and how color palletes are chosen. This is kinda an abstract thing, and isn’t really AE specific, but it seems like so often my animations lack that sense of timing and flow you see on a lot of the TV spots.

    Ladies and Gents,

I’d second a tute on color correction. Something that doesn’t end in “…then adjust it until it looks correct.”

Getting to look ‘correct’ is the real problem. Barend published part-one of a two-parter that was very helpful, but we never got the second edition.

I’d love to see a video showing AE7 new features!

I’d really love to see you guys do a tutorial on particles, what they do, and making custom realistic displacement maps for visual effects compositing. But that’s just my opinion.

Yep… that one still bugs me, too… Sorry ’bout that. I’ll see what I can do about it 🙂

i would like to see a tutorial on camera moves following lines as it is one long continuous line. I know it is a old effect but i have always wanted to see how it was done correctly.
