Creating the “yellow shine”-effect as seen in many skimovies?
How do I create that “yellow shine”-effect when the picture shines from left to right or otherwise that could be seen in some skimovies. See the link below…
I think the effect is called “film clutter” or “film burn”The best would be some sort of plugin that creates the effect in Premiere. If you have any suggestions so ever I’m glad to hear.
The picture is a screen captured from a trailer to a skimovie so the quality is really bad, didn’t try to fix the aspect either.

This is more like a glowing effect than a shining effect. Perhaps gave a wrong description. Hard to explain.

AH! I see. Let me look around and see how that effect can be produced. It will require a combination of a variety of filters.

I’m not sure exactly what effect plug-in or host application was used there. But you might want to check out Pixelan GrainPlus, which can be used to create random lights and flashes. It even has different blend modes for the noise:
