  Creating Subtitle Track (.STL) from Titles in Premiere Pro

  Hi there,

  Would really appreciate some help on this conundrum. I am working on a feature film that has its subtitles created as titles in Premiere (rather than captions) and need to figure out the easiest way to get that text and timing information into a .STL file (or any file that can be easily converted to a .STL).

  I know youtube has a fairly crude automating CC function which can be edited and exported to a .srt but the timings and content in Premiere are already perfect. As this is over 1.5 hours and a mix of different languages I am doing my best to find a way that doesn’t involve me starting from scratch with the captions function in Premiere.
