creating subclips on ingest
Is there a way I can create subclips on the ingest instead of having to deal with one HUGE clip? I’m ingesting from an XD Cam “deck” – and usually get the one huge clip. I would like it to go back to creating sub clips… is there something I’m missing… not setting up right – or is that just how it is.

Auto-subclipping (scene extraction) is only possible on HDV and DV capture, AFAIK.

Ok… that’s kind of what I thought after going through the options over and over. I was hoping that I was just missing something. Thank you. So, I just have to keep going throug the larger clips and advancing through the tabs it creates.
