Creating “sub-sequences” in Adobe Premiere Pro

But how do I create a “sub-sequence” in Adobe Premiere Pro? You can do this in Final Cut Pro and Avid Media Composer. A “sub-sequence” is described here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zx8c_ooC4gA

Pretty much the same as FCP 7. Highlight and choose nest. Either under a right click or under the clip menu.
