  Creating pan-scan vector for DVD Studio pro??

  Hi,
  I’m a DVD authoring newbie and I’m perplexed as to how to go about creating a pan-scan vector. I think I’m right in saying DVD Studio pro understands a pan-scan vector is present in an encoded mpeg but it can’t actually build one itself. How do I go about creating one? Do I need a specialised piece of software? Can I make one in compressor or Final cut pro? Any suggestions, or does anyone know of any good resources where I might find out?
