Creating MG – Vol. 2 Avanced Techniques 3rd edition vs 2nd edition
I already own
Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects, Vol. 2: Advanced Techniques (2nd Edition, Version 5.5) by Trish Meyer.
Does it makes sense (is it worth the expense) to buy the more current “3rd Edition”? for 6.5?
Is there enough that’s different?Thanks!

3rd ed covers the new (since 2nd ed) Paint Brush & Clone tools, as well as the re-vamped Motion Tracker. The bonus chapter on Expressions has some new stuff. otherwise, it’s basically the same book.
if you never use those tools, the book might not be worth the expense. but hey, if you can make it tax-deductable…
