Why would you want to capture or transcode everything, all 150 hours, at or to maximum resolution?
Shouldn’t you be taking advantage of your NLE’s ability to bring your footage in at a reasonable rez, get a rough cut ready to go, and then recapture only what is in use?

As you can see in my previous posts, I don’t want to import everything at full res. I’m trying to find a workable way to import everything in a basic SD res, do my edit then go back and do an online. My concern is:

How can I make my SD footage and timeline all run at 24 fps? (because when I go back and do my online, I’ll need frame accuracy in order to trying do a proper online, rather than an eye-match)
