Using CS6, OS10.8.5
I’m wondering why I can’t make an h264 with PCM audio. I’m only offered a choice of AAC audio.
What am I missing?
Thanks for any help

You are not missing anything. Additional audio encoding options were added to the Adobe Media Encoder 7.2 update released just last week. However PCM was not one of the options – MPEG and Dolby are the new options. If you would like to see additional support for PCM, please log a request here:

The QuickTime format supports uncompressed audio with H.264/MOV files.

Yes thanks, I was looking in the H.264 format and it’s not available. I needed to switch to QT-thanks Ivan
