What is the best workflow for doing After Effects shots with r3d files, before the final color grade? I don’t see any way to really remove the look that is baked in to the r3D file….it doesn’t appear to be the same as say doing an effect on an Alexa Log C quicktime.
I asked about this several weeks back and someone suggested a way of adjusting the parameters in Redcine-X to get the r3d file flatter, but it seemed to require a bit of artistry, as opposed to a straight forward removal of a look. Does anyone know what the best solution is?
