Hi, I recently discovered that I could change the icons of a folder on the Mac. Like I could copy an image to the clipboard, and then select a folder and hit command-I to get info and then paste the image into the icon at the top of the info settings. This is great for CDs and folders, to do a custom image but everything I’ve done so far is rectangular.

My question is how do I do transparency? Is there a way to make a custom icon with transparency in photoshop and use it to be a CD or folder?

Or even if anyone knows a good tutorial, thanks,

    jason
