Creating Custom Transitions
Hey all,
So I’ve been checking out the updates for FCS 7 and like what I see. One of the things I really like is the new Alpha Transitions option. In all of the videos and articles I’ve seen everyone slightly mentions that you can “create custom transitions” for FCP. However, I haven’t been able to find any information about actually making these elements.
I have downloaded the free ones from apple and can clearly see there are three files. But how are they making these different files? Are they creating a transition in AE (or Motion) and exporting separate elements of the project?
Any insight would be great.
