  Creating Custom Export Settings in FCP7

  Does anyone know if you can customize the list of export options under quicktime conversion so you don’t have to change all the settings every time you export something? Or can custom export settings only be created in Compressor? We never use Compressor for exporting our projects, so I would prefer to create my own settings in Final Cut, if this is possible.
