I’m working with an independent Canadian broadcaster, and we’re trying to create a Cablelabs compliant transport stream for video-on-demand delivery.

I’ve come across the Manzanita Multiplexer program (https://www.lilapple.com/mp2tsms.html) and am wondering if anyone has experience with it? We’re looking for a software-based solution for the time being. What other alternatives are there?

I create my MPG2 transport streams with Vegas Video. the MPG codec for Vegas is super. The finished stream comes out as an M2T extension. Plays great on my players that require Transport stream encoding, instead of program stream encoding.
