Creating Animated “Sing-A-Long” Subtitles
So I’m working on a music video, and it needs to have subtitles. Is it possible to have subtitles that can be animated so that it is simple to tell which word is being said? Preferably by animating an object to bounce on top of the words, or changing the text’s color?

Can this be done in Premiere? Or is it a job for After Effects?

It can be done in PPro, but it is the kind of thing that After Effects was designed to do.
