  • Creating adjustments layers with scripting

    I might have missed out something but I can’t find how to create an adjustment layer by scripting. The documentation says it’s an AVLayer object and ´.adjustmentLayer´ property returns whether it’s an adjustment layer or not, but how can I create a new adjustement layer?

    The adjustmentLayer attribute is read/write. Just set it to true:

    myLayer.adjustmentLayer = true;

    Ah! So I guess the best way (and best practice) to do this would be to create a new solid layer and then turn its `. adjustmentLayer` property to true?

    That’s what I would do.
