    Hi all,
I need to create a Star Wars intro (Star Wars scaling down and then the scrollin of the text). I don’t want to use AE. I want to do it in PPro. Is there a tutorial? I created my title, but when I scale it over 100%, it looks distorted (kind of scaling an image over 100%). Also, do I use the basic 3D for tilting the text.

Any help would be appreciate it.

    Thanks!

You really need to be working in AE. The vector based animation will really help out, providing a smooth scaling look to the footage.

I recently did a Star Wars style title in the same look, with the STAR WARS opening logo look.

I achieved the opening roll with a pinched 3D perspective mask, from another comp, again in AE.

Knock it off! I like my radio and television the way it is…

Thanks. I got it to work in PPro, but I agree that it would probably look better in AE.

    Cheers!

No problem in PPro, even P6.5 – do a scroll title, apply Basic Perspective effect to suit. 4 mouseclicks
