    Hello All,

I’m cutting a show on Premiere Pro and am trying to do a simple key over a scene.

The graphic I’ve imported is black text on a white background. How do I key or clip out the white so only the black text shows up on the screen?

    Appreciation in advance,

    JT

Use Photoshop and make the white areas transparent.

Or, you can just use a Luma key.

Thanks for the replies guys. It’s been awhile since I’ve used the software and I’ve gotten cold on it.

I created an alpha channel in photoshop and it keys fine. Now if I could just figure out how to make the keyed black text another color (fill?).

    Later,

    JT
