    Hey all,
I have a quicktime of some textured graphics that I’m using as a background for a project.
The .mov is 10 sec long, so I want it to loop during the length of comp.
When I loop it (cmnd f = interpolate) there is, of course, a nasty jump at the begining of each cycle.

Someone once showed me how to create a new movie that loop seamlessly and nicely,
    but I can’t recall how it’s made.

    any help would be cheered.

cheers (1st time on da house)
    ace

If frame 1 is the same as frame 300, you should render from frame 1 to 299.

Depends on the footage but you can convert the jump to a blend by:

    duplicating the footage
shifting it so the beginning of the dupe starts say two seconds before the end of the original.
setting the dupe to start at 0% opacity and moving to 100% at two seconds (where the first footage ends)
move the dupe on top of the original

This will fade the end of your footage into the beginning.

Alternatively you can try some of the transfer modes or even a sliding key to transition different effects.
