I’m making an animation and have run into a problem.
Let’s say I want to have car chase. The camera is in the front of the car, so when animating, the car actually stands still, but the background moves, giving the illusion of movement.

What I mean can be seen in countless cartoon.

What I am talking about it how do I make a road fade into the horizon? The stripes on the road will go thinner and thinner the further they movie away from the car, and eventually they disappear into the horizon. How do I do that in Premiere, if it’s even possible?
