creating a line strip in AE v7
how would I go about creating a line strip that is similiar to the wall borders that run along the top of walls in homes.. I kinda want it to follow a path that I’ll set but some angles will be sharp angels like a steps.

Maybe this will help. Rick Gerard has a post for “text marquee around a corner or zig-zag”, here:

This will show you how to make the hard corners you want, just start with your image long enough to make all the turns. It even comes with an AEP.
