Creating a Jpeg from FCP
Hello Friends,
Please someone tell me the easiest way to create a still picture (Jpeg) within FCP. I need to create some still pictures from the video footage that I have so that I can post them in my website. I used to do this very easy with Imovie. I know that FCP must have a way to do this.
Please help and thanks a lot.

Export/Using Quicktime Conversion/Still Image/Options – jpeg.

JPEG is a poor format to export stills. Use PICT, PSD or TIFF. Don’t forget to deinterlace either in FCP or in PS.
