Is there a way to separate “favorite” effects/transitions/generators from the big list of effects/transitions/generators–so I can focus on the ones I use the most? If it’s possible to separate out these favorites, how do I toggle back and forth between my favorites and the complete list?

    That’s what I’ve done:

    -Open the effect/transition/generator in Motion
    -Save as..
-Create a new theme called “favorites” and save

Now you created the favorites theme: you can just change theme for the other effects in Motion/Project Proprieties (cmd+J)

    Hope that helps.
