Creating a DVD for a film festival
Hello,
I am preparing a screening print for a film festival. The festival director requested a DVD as the format. I am presently using Avid Xpress DV 4.6 software and DVDit authoring software. What can I do to produce the best quality DVD copy with this software ?Ken Biringer

Assuming all your software is on one machine…
Export a QT reference, squeeze it in Sorenson Squeeze with a bit rate of no more than 7000 and create the DVD in DVDit.
