I so I’m taken over as an additional editor on a short film which had its original editor leave early. It’s my first professional short film but certainly I am no expert. I original thought they were going with a stereo sound design so all I would have to do is import the r128 mix and then export the film but instead they have went with a 5.1 mix and sent these deliverables:
    Short Film- 5.1 MIX.C.wav
    Short Film- 5.1 MIX.L.wav
    Short Film- 5.1 MIX.LFE.wav
    Short Film .5.1 MIX .Ls.wav
    Short Film. 5.1 MIX.R.wav
    Short Film. 5.1 MIX.Rs.wav

I honestly have no idea how to work with them and it is in no way my area of expertise but I am sticking with it to the end now. I’m looking it up but it all sounds like Giberish to me. Is there any tutorials around on how to make a 5.1 mix in Adobe Premiere Pro with these deliverables? It needs to be done by tomorrow morning so in slight panic mode now.
