Creates scenes with multiple shots
This might be a weird question, and it probably won’t work, but I’m heading into quite a big project in Sony Vegas Pro 11, and I might as well check to maybe make it easier for myself.
I’m wondering if there is a way to save a template that contains multiple videos and then switch between them all at once?
Let me explain. I am using multiple video files at once, and I have set up different places and sizes for all of them with the Event Pan/Crop function. Now, since I am going to be cutting between different set ups all the time, i.e sometimes one of the tracks are going to be the focus and therefore bigger, and sometimes another one needs to be bigger and make the rest smaller accordingly.
So I’m just wondering if there is a way to not need to change the Pan/Crop preset for all 4 to 5 tracks every single time i want to change it, and maybe if there is a way to save a preset for the whole thing. It’s very similar to how you can save scenes in XSplit, if anyone knows how that works.
I know it’s a strange and very specific question, and as I mentioned, I doubt there is a way, but it would help me a lot and save me a lot of time if it did.
