Create Nested Timeline: Vegas udderly crashes (pun intended)
So I’m doing a 3840X2880 project. (It’s scanned 16mm film in 1.33 format in 4K.)
- The timeline has been laid out with plenty of cuts.
- I decided to Create Nested Timelines out of sections that’re full of transitions.
- Unlocked all events.
- Selected all the sequential clips tracks.
- Hit ALT+C. Or the Create Nested Timeline icon.
- The program pauses…
- Then disappears altogether.
- Tried deleting all the voluminous markers in the timeline.
- Tried deleting tracks that aren’t involved.
- Unselected my NVIDA GTX 1660 ti graphics card in settings.
- Lowered the Vegas’s RAM usage to 200MB.
Nothing works.
Crash crash crash. With no error screen. Just, GONE.
