Create lower third?
How do I create my own lower third? I use photoshop but how do I know how big the image should be? And how do I import and make it work in final cut pro? It

There are six questions in your post. Do you realize that?
Make your photoshop file the same size as the TV frame size. Actually photoshop has preset file sizes for this speicific purpose. Place the lower thirds where you want them in that frame and then import them.
You can do every one in a layered photoshop file and then after you import it, paste them into the appropriate part of your sequence.
Please be a bit more considerate. Nobody works here. we do this in our spare time.
