I created a model of a room, and I don’t want the ceiling to be visible (so I can see “inside” the room from above). However, I want my Physical Sky object’s sunlight to affect the room’s lighting…but only through the windows, like they would do in real life; not through the hole where the ceiling would be.

I created a polygon for the ceiling and attached a Composition tag to it, with Seen by Camera disabled, and Cast Shadows enabled. However, it still looks to me like it isn’t blocking the sunlight at all. The attached images are with the Sky set to different times of day, and you can see from the top of the ceiling fan (which should be in pretty constant shading due to being just below the ceiling, not ever getting any direct sunlight) that the lighting change in the room is pretty drastic.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!
