    Hello,

I’m looking to create a WebTV for staart.fr and i think FFMPEG, that i already use for conversion, could be useful.
I have some video files on a dedicated servers and i want to create a video stream to broadcast them on the internet.
Then I want to add files to the stream to create a manageable stream for administrators.

I simply tried to create a flv stream via a .ffm feed but i can add/change the reading file without interrupting the stream and upset the receiver. :-$
Now, i try to broadcast my file although RTP or RTSP files but the […] manual does not explain how to do and i don’t found any help on the Internet.

Can you help me to undestand how it works and how to use ffserver to create a WebTV ?! Is it possible ?!

I could use any protocol, it does not matter yet.

    Ask me for more informations.

PS: I’m French and my English is not correct yet. Excuse me for my mistakes please.
It is partially translated with Google Translate.

    Cartman, Staart’s Technical Team Leader.
