Create a fullscreen, scalable website?
hi, I wanna make a website where it is fullscreen and scallable so that it can be viewed no matter what screen size you have, but i havent a clue what to do.
I can design the background image, logo, the buttons everything really but not sure how to make a website with them and to be scalable.

It can be an online website builder or manually but id need to be able to make my own buttons with my own design/texture.
is anybody able to help me?
