I finally took some time to organize my sound effects library. When I open a project from a few weeks ago, I am prompted to re-link some of the SFX files since they have moved. I click on “Locate” (using Media Browser to locate files) and the Media Browser just says “Reading …” but never lists what is in that folder. Sometimes it will let me click on another folder in the left column, then just “Reading …” again. Most of the time it eventually crashes PP. I cleaned out the media cache files and reset preferences by holding down option when launching PP.

I need to make some revisions to this project today. Any ideas?

    PP 13.1.5 (Build 47)
    High Sierra
    QNAP NAS

    Thanks,
    Keith
