Crashing in FCP 4.5
I have been running FCP 4.5 for over a year. Recently, however whenever I try to export using Quicktime conversion or Compressor, it crahses on me.
It’s only FCP that is doing this as far as I can tell. I am running Tiger on a dual 2 ghz G5 with 8 GB of RAM. I’m at my wit’s end, as I have tried eveything I know.
Any help would be appreciated. -

Probably have an installation issue. In other words, t’s not a bug…
So the fix is an uninstall/reinstall… If your install of Tiger was an “upgrade” and not a clean install… I’d do that too.
