  Crashing During Log and Transfer

  Am having repeated crashes during import of P2 footage shot at 720p, 24fps, Native. I select the Log and Transfer and it never actually opens. Have trashed preferences with Preference Manager, cleared all of FCP and FCE out. Have multiple machines with networked storage, so I can L&T in another suite for a quick fix, but I’d really rather just be able to do it here.

  OS 10.5.8
  2 X 3ghz Xeon
  FCP 7.03
  4GB RAM
