  Crashing during “Enable Digital Video Out”

  I’m using Avid 4.8.4 and do not have the full screen option for screening purposes.
  When trying to watch on my client monitor, I use “enable digital video out.” Unfortunately,
  it’s crashing every time I try to use it. I checked my drives and I have at least 10% free on each. Any suggestions?
