I just got my Mac up & running & it is crashing multiple times in any given day. I’ve crashed it a few times dragging files from a 64 Meg thumb drive, few times adjusting user settings in FCP, EVERYTIME I export an audio file to STP & a few other times doing various things. The screen goes gray & I get the half circle shutdown icon.

I’m still going through a FCP tutorial so I haven’t edited a project yet. I’ve been editing for quite some time so I’m aware of the don’t do’s: no antivirus, cheesy programs, unmounting drives, ECT. This is my first Mac since 1998 (M100 v4) so it all feels like I’m diving into something new.

    What
