CPU usage is on 50% after PI is running
HI
i have a dual amd processor and 2GB ram
after i open PI3 i see the cpu is on 50% same with AE
any idea how to fix it without installing windows again? -

I’m not sure it’s a problem. On my laptop, pIllusion uses 90%+ cpu when the
preview is animating a complex super emitter. If the preview window isn’t
doing anything, it uses 0%. Simple emitters use less cpu % (some are only
5% or so).So a dual cpu machine would max out at 50% since it’s only using a single
cpu (as I understand it).I wouldn’t reinstall Windows.
