The goal is to create an illustration-like setup that is controlled via expressions and can visually hold up to things you can find in scientific books. Other scientific and statistical data can also easily be illustrated by modifying this setup. Most importantly you will learn something about structuring your layers and compositions in a way that will allow you to manipulate transparencies and mattes without destroying the illusion of 3D.
