I’m trying since months to conctact this people to by some RAIDs from them but they never answer my emails…

Is their support as their pre-sales response?

you know, I was interested in G-Tech’s RAID products, but after reading all of the complaints on the COW about customer service, or lack there of, I went with Kano’s SATA enclosures… You might want to see they have what you are looking for:

Customer service has been great so far.
