    Timely article – but it’s “etiquette” with one “t” at the beginning, according to the dictionary.

    A good article, but maybe it would be good to add a bit on responding to messages, too? Sometimes I’ve had very helpful replies, and other times I’ve had people so interested in showing off their answering ability that they answered some other question, just mixing in a couple key words from my question.

    It’s that too often we find ourselves digging through the same posts, or using guesswork to try and answer a poorly written post. It’s that old cliche of time = money. Great Article.
