  • Cow appearing on screen during final cut?!!

Posted by Eocube on August 29, 2005 at 6:17 pm

    Has anyone encountered this before?

I left final cut on and when I came in this morning, there was a little cartoon cow sitting in the bottom right corner of the screen eating grass and saying random messages like, “Hello, I’m editing here”, “it’s all wired up” and other strange things like riddles about things crashiing etc. etc.

It is incredibly bizarre and quite worrisome.

What the hell is going on?!

Any help would be infinitely appreciated.

    thank you so much!

Now you’ve done it! That isn’t a cow. It’s a Yak. And he’s very sensitive. So be careful. Google “Bruce the Wonder Yak”

Dangerous? About as dangerous as an easter bunny in a good mood. No worries here mate. It’s harmless and enjoy the show next time he visits.

My feeling is you probably spilled a drop or two of milk in your keyboard. Blow dry, and your problem should go away.

That was version 3. Now it’s Scotch. Has been since Version 4.

Bruce used to like a nice blended whiskey, but I understand he has upgraded his preference to Scottish single malt whisky as a response to the new multicam feature.
