Could someone with a good cpu test my project? See if it lags?
Hi! Im thinking about buying a new CPU. Sometimes when I edit and include a lot of green screen footage (“goof videos”) it lags when I edit and play the preview. I got a 6600K i5 CPU right now.
Could someone test my project and see if it lags less with a better CPU?

you have an old CPU so your performance will lag behind any newer system but your main problem with this project is that you’re attempting to play back seven layers of H264 files.
Transcode those mp4 files to pro res or dnxhd and you’ll see a dramatic improvement in play back on your system.
