Has anyone sorted out this problem yet? I have tried everything listed in this thread ie
- change default printer
- delete asian fonts
- delete PShop preferences
- Resave with different name
- Check copyright settings
I have had no luck at all.

Same as Cherelyn, directly above; have tried each of these prospective fixes, yet none worked. Cannot save in any format. Exiting and/or re-booted provided temporary fix, but the problem re-occurs within a few more Saves. Surely someone knows. Why not Adobe? Don’t they monitor these threads?

This may be occurring when trying to save pictures generated on an Apple product on a PC (font incompatibility). When I launder the iphone picture through IRFANview (load it and then save with a different name) it can then be manipulated and saved in Photoshop on a PC.
