    Hello!
    I have a challenge!
We recorded a live show the other day. The first six shots went fine and the files closed, but the last was not stored properly. We pushed the “STOP”-button and the closing bar finished, but when we opened the clip at the mac pro, there is no information, even if the file has a size of 50 GB. I tried to open the clip in MPEG Streamclip, but “could not find video or audio track.”

Is there anyone who has experienced the same? Is it in any way possible to save the contents of the file?

    Sorry my bad English. 🙂

It is possible that the Ki Pro Storage Module was removed too soon or without using the SLOT button. Typically, if you see the file and it’s capacity it can be recovered by third party software such as this:

    Thanx!

It works with “Treasure”. We also managed to find deleted material on another disc as well.

    This is great!

    Sincerely, Torgeir H.
