Corrupt Frame in Premiere
There’s a frame in my video (screenshot attached) that looks to be corrupted. I easily fixed this but my question is this: Has anyone ran into something similar to this? Is the a camera problem or Premiere?
The footage is from the Panasonic HVX200, editing natively in Premiere.

Camera problem. Be glad it is only one frame. When the connectors to the P2 cards get dirty, this happens quite often

Thanks Shane for the response. Wow, that is a bit scary its the P2 connectors in the camera. How would you recommend the proper way of cleaning the inside bay of the camera and the P2 cards so I can avoid this problem?
