  Corrupt File

  Hello everyone,

  I recently purchased the HPX-250 and took it with me to Afghanistan this past month for a documentary. The camera performed very well, as I would expect having used the HVX-200 these last few years.

  Corrupt file problem:

  One of my card reels downloaded to an external hard drive via MacBook Pro would not by copied to another hard drive due to a “corrupt” clip. I opened the clip in Log and Transfer in FCP and a few seconds into the shot, the image would stutter and jump to the end of the clip after a moment of processing.

  Is there a solution to repair this clip? Otherwise, I believe my only option to backup this footage is to delete the original MXF clip from the Contents folder. Thoughts? (I would rather not delete the shot.)
